MANILA — While en route to the ContentAsia Awards 2024 in Taipei, Kapamilya actress and TV host Kim Chiu spoke with ABS-CBN News, offering an update on her much-anticipated movie with Paulo Avelino.

“Malapit na kami mag-start. Excited na kami, tapos na ang ghost month. ‘Yung script mahahanda na rin so slowly gearing up na rin kami to start the movie,” Chiu shared.

Weeks ago, Chiu and Avelino announced their upcoming project, intriguingly titled “My Love Will Make You Disappear,” during an episode of It’s Showtime. Since then, the duo has been spotted jogging, biking, and working out together, fueling rumors of their off-screen connection.

Addressing speculation that they may be joining a duathlon together, Chiu clarified, “Hindi totoo ‘yun, nagkataon lang na nag-enjoy din siya mag-bike and run, halika na sabay ka na. Gusto niyo sumama, sama kayo.”

The pair previously worked together in the hit series Linlang and followed it up with What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim? Now, fans are eagerly awaiting their on-screen reunion.
