The stage of Tawag ng Tanghalan is about to get even more exciting as Pops Fernandez and Lani Misalucha step in as the newest hurados (judges) for the All-Star Grand Resbak edition.

Fellow judge and It’s Showtime host Karylle expressed her excitement about working with the two OPM icons.

“It came as a surprise. I’m just really excited to work with Pops and Lani again and to show them how fun it is to be here,” she shared.

Veteran musician Louie Ocampo and singer Jed Madela also voiced their enthusiasm for this season, which welcomes a mix of returning contenders.

“I’m excited and very nervous because to be surrounded by these talented people, I have to be prepared. To be part of this group, ito ‘yung tunay na TNT—tried and tested,” Louie said.

Jed added, “Sobrang saya ko na nabibigyan sila ng isa pang opportunity para ipakita kung gaano sila kagaling. Exciting ito kasi salang-sala sila itong grupo na ito.”

Meanwhile, Ogie Alcasid teased that the season will introduce a new format, making the competition even more intense.

“Napakaganda ng format this season. Patibayan talaga ito. It is nice to see old faces and new faces. Alam niyo itong Tawag ng Tanghalan ang pinakamahirap na singing contest. It stands the test of time. It’s like a marathon,” he said.

With two powerhouse singers joining the panel, the latest season of TNT promises to be a thrilling battle of vocal prowess.
